retail brands can boost in-store purchases and retention with 3 Aisle tips

Welcome to the October edition of What’s New in the Aisle. Fall is officially here, and so are some new Aisle features.

Aisle is the first omnichannel engagement platform that allows you to sell more in-store.

Here's a quick rundown of what's been released:

Improved campaign creation flow: offer recommendations based on your goals and AI-generated landing page and messaging.

Asset library: access to a digital assets library that stores fonts, colors, and images for easy access across all campaigns.

Updates to improve redemption rates: the ability to link to store locator and re-subscribe to campaigns on your landing pages.

Faster time to redemptions: build your own Aisle’s Discover page listing to get featured in front of new, eligible consumers without any marketing spend.

PROBLEM: You want more guidance on creating successful Aisle campaigns

Here's how we're solving this for you:

Offer recommendations based on your campaign objective

  • What's new: we now recommend the strongest-performing offer based on your campaign objective, product MSRP, and eligible retailers.
  • How it helps: this feature gives you automatic offer recommendations to help your brand drive velocities at key retailers most effectively.
  • Where to find it: when creating a new campaign, you will be prompted to pick a campaign objective; during the creation process, you will see an offer recommendation that best fits your objective.

AI-generated landing pages and messaging copy

  • What's new: we now auto-create landing page designs and messaging that serve as a foundation for you to build.
  • How it helps: we scrape your website for assets to reduce the time it takes to create and launch a campaign (think branding, fonts, colors, imagery, etc.).
  • Where to find it: during the initial campaign creation process, you’ll be prompted to include your brand’s website URL, which we’ll use to construct landing pages and messaging copy.

PROBLEM: You want more consumers to redeem your offers.

Here's how we're solving this for you:

Build your own Aisle’s Discover Page listing

We are actively invested in improving our consumer product going into 2025.

  • What's new: Add yourself to Aisle’s Discover page with a short form for the campaign builder.
  • How it helps: Historically, you have had to contact your Brand Strategy Manager to get an offer(s) listed on the Discover page. With this update, brands can self-serve this listing in the dashboard and contact our team to get it live.
  • Where to find it: Navigate to Campaigns > Offers Page to get started.

Update your active retail locations list

  • What's new: Update your active retail locations within Aisle to ensure your consumers go to the right stores to find your products.
  • How it helps: Your active retail location list is used to optimize several features: Apple Pass, zip code autoresponder, and the Discover page.
  • Where to find it: Navigate to Retail Locations to get your active retailer locations updated.

Ability for consumers to opt-in through your landing pages more than once

  • What's new: Previously, when a consumer attempted to subscribe to an offer they had previously signed up for but never redeemed, it prompted an error message. With this update, they will see a success message and be prompted with messaging where they left off.
  • How it helps: This feature makes it easier for consumers to rediscover offers they previously signed up for and allows your team to leverage existing campaign assets.
  • Where to find it: This will happen automatically whenever a consumer accesses a landing page from which they have already subscribed.

Add a store locator link to your active landing pages

  • What's new: you can now add a store locator link to your landing pages.
  • How it helps: this update makes it easier for consumers to find the eligible retailers for your offers.
  • Where to find it: you can add your store locator link in the landing page editor by navigating to Campaigns > Capture > Landing Pages > Edit.

PROBLEM: You want to get campaigns onboarded faster.

Access to a digital asset manager that stores your brand assets like logo files, colors, fonts, and other product and lifecycle imagery.

  • What's new: you can now upload and store brand assets directly to your Aisle dashboard for easy access across your campaigns.
  • How it helps: access to your digital assets will make it easier for your team to work collaboratively and spin up new campaigns quickly and more efficiently.
  • Where to find it: navigate to the Asset section of your dashboard to start uploading these files.

Sounds good, right?
