What is Aisle?

Aisle is a text-message-based cashback app that makes it easy for shoppers to earn cash back on everyday purchases. You can start earning by finding and purchasing products from our brand partners—no app downloads or logins required.

How do I find offers available near me?

You can always explore our community page to find active offers up to 16 miles from your current zip code. However, if a brand is promoting a product and offers available in your area, you may also encounter other aisle offers.

Do I need to download anything to claim cashback?

No downloads or logins are required. You only need an active phone number tied to Venmo or a Paypal email address. Our system does not work with VoIP numbers like Google Voice.

How do I get paid?

Step 1: Once you have signed up for an offer from a brand or product you’re interested in, you’ll receive a text message with information on how to redeem.

This text will include eligible products, eligible retailers, along with the value of the offer.

Step 2: Once you purchase the product(s) at your local retailer, snap a picture of your receipt and upload it to the same conversation.

Be sure the retailer, eligible product(s), and date/time of the purchase are visible on the receipt!

Step 3: That’s it! Now watch your cash back roll in via Venmo or PayPal within 24 - 48 hrs.

Where is my money? 💰

Your cashback should be processed within 24 - 48 hours. Check Venmo or PayPal to see if the payment has been processed. If not, your account may be tied to a different phone number. If that’s the case, respond with “Support.” Once the account is connected, we can retry your payment.* If you prefer PayPal, text “PAYPAL,” and we will switch your payout method.

Aisle does not cover tax and cannot be combined with other non-Aisle discounts.

Who can I contact for support about my active offer?

The easiest way to get support is to text “Support” to the number tied to your offer. This will connect you with an Aisle representative.
